Set between the mountains and a 1.6-kilometre private beach on Zighy Bay, this village-style resort offers luxury villas with private pools and Six Senses Spa, a comprehensive spa and wellness center including Moroccan hammams.

Modern gourmet cuisine is served at Sense on the Edge, located 293 meters above the sea level, and presenting panoramic views over the Gulf of Oman. Zighy bar offers a relax ambiance for chill out or to enjoy the selection of tapas while wine cellar offer guests a wide range of wine selections.

Six Senses Zighy Bay features extra large villas in traditional Omani style, complemented by flat-screen TVs, home theatre systems and poolside dining areas. Some villas have a wine cellar, and private massage rooms.

A relaxing and beautiful resort with the only drawback being all of the expensive extras.
The resort is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The paragliding to the resort was the best addition to the experience. The rooms are huge and private pools are awesome.
The only negative to this resort is that absolutely everything is SO expensive. There is no reasonable alternative for meals or snacks. Activities are so expensive as well. If you book for $1000 a night, it will likely be another $1000 per day for food and maybe one cheap activity. If you plan to use the spa or do more activities, this will escalate quickly

Overall one of my favourite hotels in the world
One of the best places I have ever visited
My last visit was 10 years ago, it needs some maintenance in the room however still good I’ve been 3 times before and they always offered us late check out, this time without a heads up they were at our door waiting for us to leave which I thought was a bit rude , I even told the butler my husband will pray and she said no let him pray outside the room and you have to leave now - which is totally unacceptable

Nice stuff and beautiful beach
Very kind and helpful staff Beautiful location Super clean beach It was a nice surprise by the hotel putting some candles and a crack for our anniversary
- Some items in the room are aged and needed maintenance, like noisy AC, beach door jam, a burn bulb, etc… - Would be nice if the hotel can serve cold beverages in the afternoon at the beach area as there were none - Would recommend to put some fresh water showers in the beach area It might not sound a big deal but for the value of money I was looking for a perfection
